Sole Proprietorship In Mississippi
A sole proprietorship is a business owned and
managed by one individual or a married couple. Operating a sole proprietorship
means that the owner is personally responsible for all liabilities of the
business. The sole proprietorship and
the owner are one entity. Thus, for tax purposes, the owner is taxed on a personal
level for all profits generated by the business.
