Hawaii: Air Pollution Control Facilities Tax Exemption
Effective May 25, 2012, the City and County of Honolulu,
Hawaii has adopted Ordinance 12-10, Bill 20 (2012), which repeals the tax
exemption for air pollution control facilities under Revised Ordinances of the
City and County of Honolulu 1990 §8-10.14. All exemptions granted and in effect
on May 25, 2012 continue through the tax year beginning July 1, 2012 until June
30, 2013.
